Sara
M. Clay is affiliated with the firm of Brock, Clay & Calhoun.
Sara M. Clay, P.C. is her own corporation; however, her status as
“Of Counsel” with Brock and Clay provides her with many
of the services offered by the firm. It is comprised of 25 plus
attorneys who work in the
areas of corporate, education, health care, and civil litigation,
and whose clients include the Cobb and
Fulton County School systems, Home Depot, Wellstar Healthcare System,
Cobb EMC, and many more.
Sara’s
practice is limited
to surrogacy, infertility issues, and other Assisted Reproductive
Technology (A.R.T.) cases. She
assumed the practice of Mark A. Johnson who trained her in the
field. Mr. Johnson’s legal representation of surrogates and
intended parents include the State of Georgia’s first gestational
surrogate, as well as AI/Traditional donor surrogacies. Mr. Johnson
still assists Sara’s cases as a consultant when needed.
See A.R.T./Surrogacy
for more information.
Sara
Clay and her paralegal, Sheila Ross, look forward to assisting you
